Abbe Allen Kingston

Abbe Allen Kingston has practiced immigration law in Santa Barbara for over 35 years. He has been certified by the California State Bar as an Immigration Law Specialist and has served as a Commissioner on the California State Bar Commission on Legal Specialization. A substantial part of his practice focuses on the transfer of international personnel. Mr. Kingston earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Mr. Kingston has published several law review articles and is a frequent lecturer on immigration related matters.

Bruce W. Hogan

Bruce W. Hogan has been practicing law for over 23 years. Mr. Hogan graduated from Amherst College in 1969, and from the University of Denver Law School in 1975, where he was on the law review. He is the former chairperson of the Creditor-Debtor Section of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association. He has written numerous articles and is a frequent lecturer on various legal matters. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the Santa Barbara County Bar Association, and the Commercial Law League of America.

Helene M. Gradow

Helene M. Gradow graduated from University of California at Los Angeles in 1980 with a B.A. in Political Science. Ms. Gradow attended Southwestern University School of Law where she earned her J.D. in 1983. She has over 10 years experience specializing in adoptions and International Business Transactions and Treaty Trader and Treaty Investor visas.

Tanya A. De Vos

Tanya A. De Vos specializes in employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas. She received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Southern Maine. Ms. De Vos practiced law for the Office of the District Attorney of Santa Barbara County for two years prior to joining Kingston, Martinez & Hogan LLP. She is admitted to practice law in California, New Jersey, and New York. Ms. De Vos is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Santa Barbara County Bar Association.
